Nancy Sarre's film of the Abolition project

Watch Nancy Sarre's film of the creation and unveiling of the statue of Olaudah Equiano - our contribution to celebrations of the 200th anniversary of the abolition of slavery.

A Farmers' Market (plus Arts & Crafts) is held on the 3rd Saturday of each month. We don't run it, but if you'd like to have a stall, please download the organisers' application form here.

Telegraph Hill Park features a playground, dog-free zone, tennis courts and grassed areas. It is in two sections, with the upper park offering magnificent views over London, and takes its name from the semaphore telegraph, which was placed on the summit, some 160 feet above sea level, by the Admiralty Board. The news of the victory of the Battle of Waterloo was passed to London via this station.

For information about the parks and events programme, please contact Glendales Ground Management on 020 8318 3986.

Next Friends of Telegraph Hill Park Meeting to be announced. The minutes of the last one will be posted soon.

See the expenditure on the Young Friends here.

If you're coming to the meeting it would be really helpful if you could print the minutes off and bring them with you. Thanks.
